The care that is given by everyone for the family not just the patient is brilliant. You are put at ease and nothing is too much trouble.
This is the first time I have experienced a hospice and it is remarkable. A credit to everyone working and volunteering.

The improvement in myself. Also able to do some of exercises etc at home. It's nice to feel better with one self for a while.

C. Everything - a sweepy statement but
A. Nevertheless TRUE - what could be
R. improved, nothing that I can think of.
E. I absolutely love my day with you all. The staff are quite remarkable and are so cheerful and friendly - smiles all round. (Love my lunch).

The service received is a complementary service running alongside the conversational side of the therapy. It is an excellent way of putting people at their ease so they can absorb as much of the course as possible. Nothing else to say.
St Helena Hospice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
